Laboratory mixers are compact devices used in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Mixers are used in the design phase during product development, and are also very well suited as production equipment for small series of products. Thanks to the integrated systems: control, heating, cooling, negative pressure and built-in CIP, they allow for quick changes of the manufactured assortment. Our laboratory devices are constructed similarly to large process mixers, they have a homogenizer of their own production, an anchor stirrer with scrapers, a double heating and cooling jacket, they work under negative pressure and can have very advanced control. All elements are built into the compact device frame. Thanks to the solutions of mixing and homogenization analogous to the process devices, they enable not only the development of production technology, but also its direct transfer to the production scale.
